Traditional Chinese medicine believesthat autumn is the season of harvest and the transition period between Yang and Yin in the human body.
We are introducing some autumn health tips to help improve your immunity via foods, herbs and exercise. These tips may help you to prevent disease, like covid-19 and seasonal flu.
Life style: In autumn, we suggest you keep healthy daily schedule with adjustment due to the season change, sleep one hour more than in summer, take a small mid-day nap and get appropriate exercise.
Digestive system health tips: In the Fall, it is recommended to reduce greasy food which bring more burden to stomach. Meanwhile take more seasonal food such as pumpkin, millet, sweet potato, ginger etc. which are easier to digested, fermented food like yogurt also good. It is also recommended to eat more pears which could benefit the respiratory system reduce the chance of cough and common cold.
